WHAT IS MONL Creative Studio?

We are a creative studio located in Frisco, Tx. The amount of set ups we have depends on the time of year. We do change them out for every holiday and sometimes just for fun! 

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

We welcome walk-ins on Tuesdays during our special $10 Tuesday promotion.

HOW CAN I TAKE MY OWN PHOTOS?

​Tickets are only available online by using the calendar here! Onsite and day of sales are available.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

During the Christmas season, we experiences an exceptionally high volume of bookings and demands for our services. To ensure the smooth operation of our studio and meet the needs of all our valued customers, we have implemented a no-refund and no-reschedule policy for services booked during this period. You can email support@museumofneonlights.com to request a reschedule but they are not guaranteed.


HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?

 Typical attraction time is 45 minutes -1 hour. Example: If your reservation shows 5pm-6pm it means that you would need to arrive by 5pm and you will have time until 6pm.

CAN I RESERVE THE ENTIRE STUDIO FOR MY OWN SHOOT?

Yes! Pricing is $80/hour to rent out the entire space to yourself. Use the calendar here to book!

CAN I RESERVE THE ENTIRE STUDIO FOR A PARTY OR EVENT?

Yes! Please email support@museumofneonlights.com for event requests. We have a 900 sq ft party room for events that includes access to all photo set ups. Event prices are from $150-300/hour!
