FAQ

WHAT IS MONL Creative Studio?

We are a large creative studio located in Frisco, Tx. The amount of set ups we have depends on the time of year. We do change them out for every holiday and sometimes just for fun! The space is 4500 sq ft, so we normally have about 20 sets too choose from mmat all times.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

We welcome walk-ins on Tuesdays during our special $10 Tuesday promotion.


CAN PHOTOGRAPHERS RENT THE STUDIO?

CAN I TAKE MY OWN PHOTOS WITHOUT A PHOTOGRAPHER?

​Yes! You can take your own photos for only $10 on Tuesdays or rent the studio for $80/hour. You can book online by using the calendar here! Onsite and day of sales are available.

CAN I HIRE A PHOTOGRAPHER?

We do have a couple in house photographers that you can book here. Digital images will be sent back within 14 business days. We do not print photos.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. however, you can email support@museumofneonlights.com to request a reschedule.


HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?

Typical attraction time is 45 minutes -1 hour. Example: If your reservation shows 5pm-6pm it means that you would need to arrive by 5pm and you will have time until 6pm.

CAN I RESERVE THE ENTIRE STUDIO FOR MY OWN SHOOT?

Yes! Pricing is $125/hour to rent out the entire space to yourself. Use the calendar here to book!

CAN I RESERVE THE ENTIRE STUDIO FOR A PARTY OR EVENT?

Yes! We have a 900 sq ft party room for events that includes access to all photo set ups. Event prices are from $150-300/hour! To view our Birthday Party packages, click here.
